Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and power cables to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid UPS shipping label provided during the initiation process to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
